New Online Entry at Club Assistant: USMS or USA-Swimmers

Click for Paper, online-USMS or online-USA-Swimmer entry for the 2010 Maui 'Aumakua Swim. Please send entries by August 11th ($40). Last three weeks more expensive entries are due (received) Saturday September 5th ($50). We'd rather there are NO race day entries ... but we accept them for those who can't wait ... $75 w/no shirt nor cap guaranteed.

Paper Option 1 & Mail: This is an Adobe Acrobat "active" form meaning you can...

Open and print the blank form, fill out by hand and send in to the address (Maui Dolphins Swim Club; attn: Aumakua Swim; PO Box 880694; Pukalani, HI 96788). A print button has been added to the form.
Open the form, fill it out and print out to your computer. Send in with your check to the MDSC address above.

Option 2 Online entry using Club Assistant (pay by credit card, no extra $):

You must be registered as a USMS or USA-Swimming member. This provides insurance for this dual sanctioned event. Forms for single event and all-year are available by clicking below ... some forms are "active" meaning you can fill the form in on your computer, print it neatly (legibly), sign and send in.

Forms should be sent in quickly for verification to the registrar. For USA-Swimming, you'll want to register through your LSC (local swim committee eg; Hawaiian Swimming). This registration must be done at least a week before the race so your form can be processed by the LSC Registrar. For USMS, you can either bring your card with your number, fill out the form and send in to Maui Masters with your 'Aumakua entry, or fill out the form race day. If you're registered with both USA-Swimming and USMS, the registration number you provide will determine what event you are swimming.
